This guide will walk you through the simple, one-time setup process required to connect your ATS to our platform.

Send an email to your ATS provider (e.g., your Bullhorn Account Manager) using the template we provide.

Securely provide us with the API credentials you receive.

Step 1: Generate Your Unique Endpoint URL

To comply with data privacy laws like GDPR and to ensure the best performance, your integration will run in a data center located in your primary legal jurisdiction. Please use the tool below to generate the unique and secure Redirect URI for your agency.

Step 2: Request API Credentials from Your ATS Provider

Now that you have your unique URL, you must send it to your ATS provider to request the API credentials. Action: Copy the email template below and send it to your primary contact at your ATS provider (for example, your Bullhorn Account Manager).

Step 3: Send Us Your Credentials

Once your ATS provider has sent you your new API credentials, you will need to provide them to us so we can complete the integration setup. Please send the following information to us securely (we will provide a secure link for this upon request):

  • Client ID (from your ATS provider)
  • Client Secret (from your ATS provider)
  • A dedicated Integration Username (created in your ATS)
  • The password for that dedicated user

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your credentials, our team will:

  1. Provision your dedicated, secure integration environment.
  2. Build and configure the integration flows.
  3. Conduct internal testing.
  4. Coordinate with you for a final User Acceptance Test (UAT) before going live.
